My name is Kaylie Tasson. I am a senior studying zoology/pre-vet here at Northern. After graduation I plan to attend veterinary technician school. I love caring for animals of all shapes and sizes, and I hope to one day graduate from veterinary school.

My name is Darcie Spencer and I’m a senior at Northern Michigan University. I will be graduating this coming December with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and a minor in Loss Prevention. In my spare time, I enjoy running, scrapbooking, and spending time with my family and friends.
My name is Amanda Gallo and I am a senior in Graphic Communication with a minor in Entrepreneurship graduating this coming April 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
I plan to continue my education in the fall of 2016 with a second Bachelor degree, this time in Marketing. I am an artist that enjoys the finite answer of a math problem to balance out the subjectivity of being creative.
My name is Ashley Short, and I am a community health education major with a minor in Spanish. During my time at NMU I have been involved in Women for Women, House Government, Health Promotion Society, and the Student Leader Fellowship Program. I am currently the president of the Health Promotion Society. I work as a student health educator in the Health Promotion Office, where I give presentations and educate students about a variety of health issues, including sexual assault, nutrition, and alcohol. In addition to working in the HPO I am an education intern at Planned Parenthood in Marquette. I will be graduating in May of 2017, upon graduation I plan to pursue a Master’s in Public Health, concentrating in global health in a Peace Corps Master’s International Program.
